                                                       Randall P. Little, DMD

Dr. Little has 35+ years of dental experience in private and corporate practice settings. Dr. Little attended Fort Valley State University from 1981 to 1984 and Dr. Little is a 1988 graduate of Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry, Augusta, GA, and holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine. In 2001, Dr. Little also completed a Mini Residency for Implants at Medical College of Georgia.

 Dr. Little has served as Clinical Director for multiple companies. In Dr. Little’s role as Clinical Director, he was able to improve overall quality, production, and lab relations for a multitude of doctors. Dr. Little’s responsibilities were centered around what are referred to as the HUB offices, which included GP’s, Specialists and 6-8 full time hygienists all under one roof working out of 30-40 operatories generating revenues up to $7.5 million+ in one facility.  Additionally, Dr. Little owned and operated 3 private practice dental offices (2 that were later merged into Nanston Dental Group). In November 2012, Dr. Little retired from chairside delivery of patient care, created 3P Dental Services, LLC and dedicated his career to advising and coaching the 3P concept of People, Patients, Profit. Dr. Little handles Transitions (buy and sell of Dental practices), professional recruiting and placement, along with professional development. Dr. Little is also part of a national consulting and advisory company, Dental Management Advisors (DMA). Dr. Little is currently the P.C. holder for a national dental group, Redwood Dental of Ga, a division of Smile Partners USA. In Dr. Little’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, staying” fit and healthy”, being outside enjoying live music of any kind (especially Jazz), food and tailgating. He is an avid fan of the Atlanta Falcons and a growing fan of soccer. Dr. Little is a proud member of Omega P

                                Calvin Horton PhD

Family Life:

Dr. Calvin Horton was born in Jackson, Mississippi. He attended Jackson Public Schools and graduated from Murrah High School in 1974. Calvin was a three-year letterman in football, track and participated in the band.  After graduation, he attended Mississippi Valley State University majoring in business. He then transferred to Jackson State University the following year and continued his studies in business graduating in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He then entered into the world of banking full-time as an operations analyst.

 

Accomplishments:

Dr. Horton served in the U.S. Army and was assigned to 101st Airborne Division in Fort Campbell, Kentucky and the Berlin Brigade in Berlin, Federal Republic Germany. During his service Dr. Horton earned such honors as an Expert Infantryman's Badge, Air Assault Badge
and Jungle Expert.


Dr. Horton entered into the field of education in DeKalb County School as a Math teacher where he was employed for twenty-five years. During his tenure he acquired his education certification from Brenau University in the area of Middle School education, and his Masters of Science degree in Education Leadership from Troy State University and a Doctorate degree from Argosy University in Education Leadership in 2007.
